  It is one thing to be considered a great property manager from a landlord's perspective, however, to be considered a fantastic property manager from a tenant's point of view is absolutely unheard of. Rebecca is a breathe of fresh air from the 'common', generally conniving property manager. Taking into consideration both parties, while staying professional, tactful and able to eliminate any arising issues - I have been a tenant through Rebecca, and plan to be owner, and eventually a Landlord through Rebecca's management. Generally having great tenants is largely to do with the fact that you have a great property manager. Don't go ANYWHERE else.
