  EXTREMELY Unprofessional. DO NOT USE.
  
  So much wrong with the person that was assigned to me who was 'Rex Spratt'. Firstly, I arrived promptly with my family and he ignored them and refused them entry into his office which is think is completely inappropriate (I should have left then). The blasé attitude toward myself and my business along with unappreciated sarcasm was barely intolerable.
  
  Advice was vague, abrupt and the whole persona of this person was very unwelcoming. I requested a breakdown of the work done following their $550 invoice (basic return with all the figures I provided), which I never received, but only a figure estimate said over the phone. After several attempts and several months I still haven't received any evidence to warrant a $550 invoice (the meeting was approx. 20mins). I ended up forcibly removing this firm from my tax authority so they would not lodge or act on my behalf.
  
  Having ventured to a reputable accountant with exactly the same figures he came in under HALF of the estimated amount that Hislop said and charged me $165 for the lodge.
  
  Unfortunately this review is to warn people about this firm and to go elsewhere with your money and time.
