  Really angry. I ordered at 2:02, supposedly arriving at 2:24. After calling, it arrived at 2:55 stone cold, undercooked chips not even close to being full, nuggets are cold, tomato and lettuce in my burger is soggy, absolutely disgusting. Athena cream on the iced chocolate is flat and melted. Very annoyed. $35 wasted on BS. AND my coke was missing!!! WTAF. I want a refund.

  The driver through looks very nice now with the flash lighting.
  
  The chips were seriously hot, which was awesome and full of seasoning.
  
  The kids ate the burgers and they looked good too.
  
  Not bad for little old Kallangur.

  Went to try the new popping pearls coffee range. After paying for and waiting we get told there is no cream as they ran out. No discount or care from the staff member regarding not getting exactly what we paid for.

  Love this Hungry Jacks. The staff are incredibly friendly and fun. The managers are young, in control and so totally experienced and respected by their staff. The food is fresh, hot, and quick. I usually come through drive thru for quick, happy service.
  
  They also run a shift with minimal staff and manage it like a breeze. With no issues and happy customers.

  You are the worst hungry jacks business I have EVER come across,can't get 1 thing right,I gave them the benefit of the doubt,they are humans after all, (mostly teenagers learning).I reordered and reordered and everytime something is wrong with the order
  
  EVERY SINGLE TIME
  
  when I order food,I expect to get it,that is how transactions work,you pay to receive something,heck even something close to what I ordered would be cool,this evening I received a bag of water bottles,this has to be intentional,lol,you surely can't be this hopeless in your chosen Field and so even though I attempted to call them and pointed out to the driver the lack of food,i had to drive down there and THEY STILL STUFFED IT UP,I cannot fathom how much your inability to form burgers and chips and put it in a bag must be costing the owners,if your the manager then do your job properly
