  I went in today to purchase 2 medications and waited for more than 40 minutes before I was given the medications, even though I was told it would only be a 15 to 20 minutes wait. As I waited for more than 20 minutes, I noticed that 2 customers who arrived after me with their prescriptions were given their medications before me. I approached the cashier and asked if they could return my scripts so that I could go elsewhere as I was in a rush. The cashier went and spoke to another cashier and then informed me that they were doing mine now and was checking to make sure everything was correct. Although they were getting my medications "ready" I had to wait an extra 15 minutes before someone else came up to me and asked if I was waiting to pick up my meds. I said yes and again she went and spoke to the pharmacist, and finally after more than 5 minutes, I was finally called up to pay for my meds. When I went to pay for my meds, the cashier apologised for the wait but the apology was not even genuine and she did not seem at all apologetic but rather she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her before about the waiting time.
  I would definitely not return to this chemist as this was not the first time that this had happened. The past six months that I had purchased my meds there, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes and as always, customers who had arrived after me with their scripts were given their medications before me. The wait time is ridiculous for just 2 medications and customer service is just as equally unsatisfactory and disappointing!!! Will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future and would not recommend this chemist to my families and friends or anyone else.

  What an amazing place. So very helpful and fast. My husband needed some eyedrops that weren't available anywhere else in Victoria, NSW or Qld. Thankfully Romany had some and he happily dispensed and posted the drops within an hour!! Really appreciate such service...will happily use this pharmacy again. Wish we were closer!! Thank you.

  This pharmacy is by far one of the best I have been to! Exceptional level of customer service, genuine care and willingness to help patients is amazing. The pharmacist in charge Roman is second to none, with his level of expertise and knowledge. Very welcoming and non- judgemental nature, he is the biggest reason that my family and I go nowhere else!

  Hello everyone,
  I just wanted to let everyone know that the service at Chempro Chemist Kallangur is second to none.
  I have been a customer for many years and there is nothing too difficult or too much for the friendly staff to do for you.
  If I need a speciality item they will order it in a timely manner and contact me when it has arrived.
  They offer a holistic range of services including compounding medications, which was a real help when my vet prescribed our dear Staffordshire Bull terror needed some medication that was not on the main stream market last year in his final weeks of life.
  The medication helped our dearest friend & family member( our Staffy ) live his final weeks in comfort rather than pain.
  The pricing at Chempro Kallangur is very reasonable compared to other pharmacies yet above & beyond that , their service and reliability is second to none.
  The staff & pharmacists are always friendly and go out of their way to make every accomodation to personally give me & my family the best organised service possible.
  
  So if you looking for a pharmacy that really cares about you as an individual rather than just a number..
  I can wholeheartedly recommend Kallangur Chempro Compounding Pharmacey.

  I have found this pharmacy to be amazing! From compounding a rare medicine at the cheapest price I could find to helping me out with a lost script! Definitely recommend.
