  First time using a rental car service.
  
  Easy to use, however the staff upon arrival to pick up car didn’t tell me about extra deductions for fuel upon returning the car. All they told me to do was sign the paper and gave me the keys to car. I then called Hertz today after returning the car this morning and the lady at the reception was rude when I asked why they withdrew $50 from my account. She mentioned it was because I didn’t fill the car to full. I filled the car up to 3/4 full and as much as I could due to not having enough money in account.
  
  Lady at reception tried to tell me how it was and not listen to what I have to say. Instead of taking $50 out of my account I would have been more than happy to refuel the car to full once I got paid. But instead took $50 out.
  
  Will not be using Hertz again. If reception lady gets fired I may re consider

  First time using Hertz and amazed at how helpful this car rental company is. Have used Avis and Budget car companies hundreds of occasions but after using Hertz i will only use this company from now on. Hertz staff were amazing and helped with every question asked.

  I mean, it's a car rental place. You walk in, you rent a vehicle. The staff were excellent when I went to this one in particular, I got a great vibe off the guy that helped me out with hiring a moving truck.

  Great facility, friendly staff. Bit slow when things are busy but as long as you have enough time and can be patient these are you’re people!
